Silver Ring with Star Sapphire

This open and solid, but very elegant sterling silver ring we made from the handpiece of a fork from the year 1941. It has a fine floral design along the edges of the ring. We combined it with a blue Star Sapphire from India in a oval cabochon shape.

The design was created 1934 by the Silversmith company „ Towle Silver“ from Boston, Massachusetts, USA and was named „Candlelight“.

The blue sapphire is a symbol of power and strength, but also of kindness and wise judgment. It is regarded as a stone of mental focus and order, inner vision and awareness. It strengthens the nervous system and brings protection, good fortune and spiritual insight.
