Shipping terms

We ship our products only after receiving your payment. In general, within the following 1-2 workdays with SwissPost. We will inform you immediately if there is a delay in delivery. Within Switzerland, our goods are generally shipped by registered A-post (priority registered = package requires signature of recipient upon delivery). If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can pick up your shipment at the nearest post office.

For delivery to foreign countries, the shipping can last between 4 to 15 days, depending on the recipient country. Please note that orders outside of Switzerland may incur additional sales taxes and customs fees upon delivery, which must be paid by the recipient. BYRD-Design takes no liability for these non-registered delivery services.

Observe that you make the correct choice of shipping method according to your recipient's address (your recipient country).

We provide free shipping for all orders inside Switzerland.

Prices for delivery to Europe and other countries

MiniPac Int.Priority (not registered)   Delivery in:  4 - 15 business days

Only packages up to a total weight of 0.5 kg are accepted. (Heavier packages will be split up)

CHF 09.00 (0-0,5 kg) to Europe (EU) countries

CHF 18.00 (0-0,5 kg) to all other counries

Note that due to customs and sales taxes, additional costs may be incurred by the recipient.
